What is Zest?


Zest is the capacity that the persons have to make something in a funny or exiting way in this case how you see the things in a positive way they can help you to enjoy your life. This are some examples to practice the zest.

  • Actively participated  
  • Showed enthusiasm
  • Approached new situations with excitement and energy
